I cam across Scorpio Shoe's when searching for an xmas present for a family member. I found the website easy to use and found what i was looking for in no time. Payment was easy and secure and was emailed many time ensuring me my purchase would be with me within 3-5 working day's and that they had received payment. Delivery was super speedy and i was able to track the item on the Royal Mail website. I received the item within about 2 day's. I changed my mind on the color and returned the item through the post office which Scorpio Shoe's received by the next day. That same day i received an email from them saying they had received them and the next email i got was saying my changed item had been dispatched. I am a very happy customer and will be shopping with Scorpio Shoe's again and will also be recommending them to friend's and family. Thankyou Scorpio Shoe's.

Incredible speed of delivery from @scorpioshoes who took less than 48 hours when only chose 3-5 working days.
Also changed my order as staff noticed loose stitching before sending me shoes so saving me from having to return them

I ordered online a pair of New Rock GY01-81 Mens Leather Biker Boots. But, by mistake I left out my house no.(This is my only complaint..... That the webpage allowed me to continue with that info missing) Consequetly, they didn't arrive ! I emailed Scorpio Shoes, Were 'Craig' (Customer Services) took over & was attentive throughout the redelivery of my order, which I received within 3 days.(In London) Now, I'm the proud owner of a biker boot I've been looking for... lets say, 15-20 yrs in terms of construction,style, leather sole(Not rubber & Ribbed) The whole boot is perfect in a lot of ways. So, Thanks to Scorpio Shoes who go that extra mile for customer satifaction, as they do to discover these craftspeople from around the world. My boots were made in' Spain'.

I made an original enquiry regarding the highly sort after Wonder Woman converse boots and Laura kept me informed of their arrival so that when only 2 pairs came in the size I needed, I managed to secure one of them for my daughter! The boots were sent out immediately with a day to spare before my her birthday.I have honestly never seen her so pleased with a present! I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Scorpio. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service. My boots arrived just as promised. Unfortunately, I had a fault with one of my boots after about 6 months. I contacted Scorpio for their advice and have over the past couple of days been helped through the returns process in a prompt and professional manner. I have been offered options all the way through and although I in the end had to opt for a refund, I have nothing but praise for how my problems have been handled. I have now ordered from Scorpio twice. First I bought two different pairs of boots and they were delivered to me in Denmark after a few days of ordering They are just great and everything is in the finest order. I have now just ordered my second order, but by mistake the order went through twice, meaning I paid twice as well!! I contacted first paypal, who adviced me to write to Scorpio about the mistake first, before I did anything else. I did this and Laura from Scorpio has quickly answered me back. Very fast, efficient and all in best of order. I can highly recommend Scorpio to others :-).

I searched and searched the web for a pair of leather Fitflop boots and time and again Scorpio Shoes came out with the best price. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received my boots first thing on the Monday. I had a wonderful experience shopping online with Scorpio shoes. I needed a pair of the lovely Doc Marten Darcie Boots in black leather with the beautiful all over floral embossment in a UK size 8. I searched and searched but could not find them in my size. I am across the pond in the states and I'd initially went to Doc Marten's US site to look for the boots. However, the only size they had the boots in was a UK 6. I checked their UK site and they had every single size available in the boots. Sadly, they would not ship to me here in the states. They recommended I visit Scorpio Shoes site because they ship internationally.
When I visited Scorpio Shoes site I was thrilled to find they had the Darcie boots in my size and specifications! :) They were even on sale! Their international shipping rate was an absolutely fair price, especially considering how quickly I received my boots. They arrived in about 10 days!
Their staff is absolutely lovely and kept in touch via email during the entire transaction - from confirming my order, to sending me a personal email to let me know my order had shipped, to sending me updated tracking information...simply excellent customer service!
