Our 14-day Returns Policy

 

We hope that you love your new shoes. If however you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return the item to us in its original condition with a completed returns form and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. As Scorpio do not offer a fitting service, please ensure that your shoes are a suitable fit before using them outside. Please ensure that you follow the returns procedure listed below to return your item(s) to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items for return that have been used. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Christmas Returns

No-one wants to ruin a surprise by making your loved one try on their present before the big day and that's why, from the 15th November 2011, all orders placed on our website will be covered by our Extended Christmas Returns policy.

Any order placed from 15th November 2011 onwards can be returned up until the 6th January 2011 for a refund or exchange providing they are in their original condition and box with all tags and labels attached. You will also need your invoice/returns form so be sure to hang on to it!

Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive them. If your shoes are faulty or damaged when they arrive or if we have accidently sent you the wrong shoes, then you will still need to return them to us for exchange within 14 days of receipt. We're not ogres though, so if you discover any faults after wearing the shoes, contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you as best they can.

Faults and Errors

 

If your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong shoes, then we will meet the cost of returning them to us as stated on the packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund (whichever you prefer, unless the shoes were a present in which case the refund can only be made to the original purchaser). If the shoe develops a fault after being worn, please contact our Customer Services on +44 (0)1388 814 148. All of this is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

 
 

Returns Procedure

 

It is important that you follow the steps below to enable us to process your order efficiently and to ensure that you do not incur any unnecessary costs:

  • 1. Detach the Returns Form from your original order invoice.
  • 2. Fill out the Returns Form being sure to complete all the fields.
  • 3. In the case of a fault or error, please provide a full description with your reason for return in the space provided.
  • 4. Place your completed Returns Form with the returning item(s) (either in the original shoebox or just inside the packaging if the item was loose to begin with).
  • 5. Wrap the item(s) securely in the original or suitable packaging with all tags, and accessories pertaining to the returned goods. Do not apply tape or labels directly to the branded packaging/box.

Post the item to us at the address below. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded or traceable delivery service to return your securely wrapped goods to us as we can not be responsible for goods that have not reached us because your chosen carriers have failed to deliver the goods back to us safely.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of us receiving them, however please allow 28 days for the goods to be returned to us, and for us to process your return. We will notify you by email when it has been processed.
