Delivery
Delivery is only available to the countries listed below.
The United Kingdom is defined as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses at this time or to any country not on the list.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same working day and orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). As a small, independent retailer we offer stock for sale on our website that is available in our stores rather than just the warehouse so that you have the greatest choice possible, however this does mean that on rare occasions it can take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order. You will be notified by email if this is the case and some of the products from your order are being transferred from one of our stores.
We offer three services to the UK; FREE UK Delivery, Standard Delivery and Next-day Delivery.

FREE UK Delivery / Standard Delivery

FREE UK Delivery and Standard Delivery orders will be handled by Royal Mail. We endevour to deliver these orders within 2-5 working days from dispatch although at busy periods (such as Christmas) it may take up to 7 working days. Standard Delivery is free for all orders over £50.
Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Channel Islands may take up to 7 working days for delivery and 10 working days during busy periods.
Next-day Delivery

Next-day delivery is only available on certain items and will be shown clearly on the product page. Next-day delivery is handled by Royal Mail and aims to be delivered by 1pm the next working day for all orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). A signature is required upon delivery of these orders; if no-one is available to take receipt of the package a card will be left and you will need to follow its instructions to contact your local delivery office and either collect it in person or arrange re-delivery.
Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Channel Islands may take longer for delivery.
We offer two services to Europe; International Standard European Delivery and International Express European Delivery. International orders MUST be delivered to the billing address for security of the card/account holder and may be subject to duty or Customs charges if outside the EU.

Standard European delivery will be sent by tracked Airmail. We endevour to deliver these orders within 5-7 working days from dispatch although it may on occasion take up to 21 working days. If no-one is available to receive the package it will be held by the local postal service and you will need to follow their instructions to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery of Express European orders will be made by UPS or DHL within 2-5 working days of dispatch. This service is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to receive the package a card will be left and you will need to follow its instructions to arrange re-delivery.

Standard Worldwide delivery will be sent by tracked Airmail and final delivery to your door will be made by your local postal service during their normal operational hours. We endevour to deliver these orders within 7-10 working days from dispatch although it may on occasion take up to 21 working days. If no-one is available to receive the package it will be held by the local postal service and you will need to follow their instructions to arrange re-delivery.
